Optimum People Ltd was incorporated in April 2025 and works with small and medium-sized businesses across Europe — deliberately small, deliberately focused.
What we do
We run HR administration for businesses that do not have — and do not need — an in-house HR department. That means the concrete work: employment documents, personnel records, onboarding, leave tracking, recruitment coordination and the daily stream of HR questions that lands on a business owner’s desk.
How we work
Online, in English, across European time zones. Every engagement starts with a scoping call and a written scope. Handovers are documented, access levels are agreed explicitly, and work is reported on a steady rhythm — monthly for retainer clients, per milestone for projects.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell concepts, and we don’t give legal advice — we provide HR administration support and say so in those words. We don’t publish client names or employee information, and we don’t take on work we cannot scope honestly. If something belongs with an accountant or a lawyer, we will tell you it does.
